The global transition to electric vehicles and renewable energy storage is driving strong and sustained demand for critical minerals. At the same time, supply chains for key battery materials remain concentrated in a small number of countries — creating growing interest from governments, manufacturers, and investors in diversifying sources of supply.

Project Infinity is designed to respond to that need, producing four critical mineral products:

  • Manganese sulphate — a key input in NMC and LMFP cathode chemistries used in electric vehicle batteries

  • Cobalt sulphate — used in the production of lithium-ion battery cathodes for EVs, consumer electronics, and energy storage systems

  • Nickel metal — a critical material in battery cathodes and stainless steel, with growing demand from EV & battery manufacturers

  • Copper metal — essential for electric motors, wiring, charging infrastructure, and renewable energy generation
