The Awards are managed by Regional Development Australia Far West NSW (RDA Far West) to recognise and celebrate the outstanding success of many of the region’s businesses and individuals. The Awards put exceptional businesses and people in the spotlight, acknowledging their hard work and commitment within the Broken Hill and Far West NSW community. They provide an opportunity to recognise the challenges, fantastic staff, and raise the bar within the region to ensure businesses can grow and build a sustainable and prosperous future.
The Gala Award night was held at The Whitehouse Convention Centre in Broken Hill in November 2023 with 340 people from the regional business community attending. RDA Far West Chair (Mr Dave Gallagher) opened the evening and was joined by the Federal Member for Parkes (Mr Mark Coulton) and Mayor Broken Hill City Council (Mr Tom Kennedy) in congratulating the businesses and guests on the night and the vital contribution they play in the wellbeing and growth of the Far West community.
