The morning tea was well attended by employees and the COB Board who were in Broken Hill that week too, together the group raised $900 which was dollar matched by COB bringing the total fund raising effort to $1800. It was a great opportunity to take the time to talk about the importance of mental health in the workplace and where to get help. COB Health & Safety Committee members were present and all Committee members are trained in Mental Health First Aid. The morning tea was a great success and the team look forward to doing more!
