The third calendar year quarter of 2023 was another busy one for Cobalt Blue and we are pleased to detail our activities over this period. Highlights include:
The final stages of the DFS
- Continuous runs completed at the Demonstration Plant
- Multiple MHP packages
- Environmental assessments
Refinery Development Program
- Initiated an engineering cost estimate for the sulphate refinery
- Commenced raw material testing of samples from 3rd party suppliers of cobalt intermediates
- Began discussions with the WA government regulator on the permitting pathway for the refinery
